      Traditional concept of library has undergone lots of transformation owing to the development in information and communication technology. Concepts of knowledge resource are now not only restricted to the printed books and journals but it is expanded to digital and virtual form also. Library of Shri S.H. Kelkar College, branded as Devgad College is all set to take up the challenges of new era and it has already begun to restructure itself in cope with the contemporary challenges of technology.
