‘ShikshanVikas Mandal’ (the Trust), is a Public Charitable Trust constituted and registered in the year 1974 under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 with the object to work in the area of education, health, rural development and culture of Devgad Taluka. The Trust functions through its Governing Council, which is the custodian of the property of the Trust. The Governing Council meets quarterly and the business of the Governing Council is placed before the Annual General Meeting of the Trust within a period of six months after the end of the financial year.
