• Anthony Damian is founder and Managing Director of Solverminds Solutions and Tech, an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application provider for the Shipping companies, preferred ERP provider worldwide. The company has strong presence in Chennai, Kuala Lumpur, Copenhagen, London and Hoganas, Sweden.
• Anthony has worked on merchant marine ships, as deck officer and Chief mate for eight years. He has also worked with a Liner Shipping company in Switzerland and Hong Kong and was responsible for Business Development and capacity management of the company.
• Anthony and his team have been responsible in winning various awards and nominations for Solverminds from Containerization International and various other institutions.
• Anthony completed his post-­‐graduation in Shipping and Logistics from the University of Plymouth, UK. He has published various research papers in transportation Journals on subjects related to Liner Shipping and Logistics Industry. Anthony has also presented papers in International conference and symposium He has also won award from Maersk Line shipping for the best dissertation.
• Technology and Mathematics are his main areas of interest and passion and he works on various new technologies in collaboration with Universities in the UK and in Europe.
