- Introduced exhaustive training with the help of latest technological devices, industrial visits, and practical experience and summer placements wherever possible.
- Organized seminars, symposia, conferences, workshop on various themes. e.g. certain modern discipline and insights were incorporated in seminar themes, such as stylistics, Semeiotics etc.
