Industrial chemistry is the branch of chemistry which applies physical and chemical processes towards the transformation of raw material into products that are of benefit to humanity.Industrial chemistry is the link between the research and industrial scale chemical engineering. In a general sense industrial chemistry are involved in safety and efficiency.industrial chemists are constantly striving to improve the safety and efficiency of making important chemicals and material.

The industrial chemistry course at devgad college starts from the academic year 2018 - 19. The duration of this course will be 1 year consisting of 2 semister . However at the end of second semister there is a project which involve job training for two weeks . The eligibility criteria for admission to this industrial chemistry course will be undergraduate from science stream from a recognized university.
