Devgad College strongly believes that we are committed not only to the academic development of the students but to develop their personality thoroughly with co-curricular and extracurricular activities. As a part of our mission, we provide a platform for students to exhibit their literary talent through our annual and wall-paper publication Rasraj. Publication motivates creative writer among students and encourages them produce their own literature. Annual issue of Rasraj also includes the achievement of the college, reports of the various events and projects conducted in the college and other related information of the college.

Besides annual issue of Rasraj, wall-paper is our endeavour to support the imagination talent of the students. Minimum four wall papers are displayed in the college. Editions are Monsoon edition, Independence Day and Republic Day Edition and special edition on Devgad Youth Festival, a mega event of the college incorporate cultural events, sports and literary event in order to nourish the talent of the students.

Students publish their poems, stories, informative articles, and cartoon in the wall paper. Every edition focuses the significance of the occasion. Students express in Marathi, Hindi, and English language.
